School Girl Get Stabbed Up While Fighting Over Man

Two schoolgirls were involved in a near-fatal altercation in Trelawny earlier this week that left one of them hospitalized and the other facing juvenile court.

One of the schoolgirls, a 14-year-old, is now getting medical treatment at a hospital after her throat was slashed during the altercation. The police have arrested a 15-year-old minor in relation to the incident.

The police report that there was an altercation on Wednesday which began at about 12:20 pm on the compound of the school. At about 2:15 pm, the altercation continued outside the school gate. The accused, a 15-year-old minor, slashed the complainant’s throat and also cut the complainant’s hand.
